Not Your Typical Managed Services

Meet the AVS managed Services Team  We’re not your typical Managed Services Team.  Unlike typical IT companies where the role of Managed Services is to maintain computers and networks, the AVS Managed Services expands to every area of our business.  Our Managed Services Team has the technical expertise and experience necessary for designing, integrating, administrating, and auditing complex security solutions.

Our Customer Support Teams earn us accolades throughout the industry.

Our Technical Services Group (TSG) provides around the clock support and operates out of two AVS locations, Texas and New Jersey, to provide operational redundancy.  Our Managed Services department is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

SYSTEM SET UP:
Off to the Right Start

We provide exceptional support such as user training, remote programming and system commissioning with our own AVS certified technicians.

System Programming

Following the installation of new or upgraded devices, our certified technicians will program new or modified components, program any access codes, reader groups, time zones, timed/scheduled commands along with user profiles and passwords resets.

System Commissioning

When new components are added to an existing security system, it is critical to validate not only proper operation and function, but proper reporting as well.  Our systems analysts will remotely assist in the commissioning of all new devices.

Operator Training

We provide remote training for your users following a new system install, system upgrade or expansion, or for users that are new to your system.
